Booking Terms - Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS

• Until 30 days before the departure date: Free of charge. A full refund will be given to the Customer. 
• Until 15 days before the departure date: 50% refund will be given to the Customer.
• After that period of time, clients are not entitled to any refund, unless there is an official document from a hospital stating an emergency health issue that makes travelling impossible to happen.

CHANGES

Until 24 hours before the departure date: Free of Charge

Our company accepts changes regarding the date of the trip, only If we get notified at least 24 hours before the travel date.

Cancellations and Changes are accepted only by e-mail (info@cretanodyssey.gr).

Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price or a credit for another time for a tour of the same price. Please note that if the Customer made the booking for travel through a booking agent all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the price.

Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operator’s discretion due to mechanical breakdowns, which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Please note that if the Customer made the booking for travel through a booking agent all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the price.

Fail to Board: If you fail to show for your tour for whatever reason at the time specified at booking, you will not receive a refund as we will have held a firm seat for you and turned away other bookings to do so.

Sailing Delays:

Our Company is not responsible for any delay in sailing, deviation or modification of the scheduled route, due to the bad weather conditions, the orders of the Ministry of Merchant Marine, the Port authorities or due to force majeure, that may affect passengers' safety.

Passengers' Name List:

Please be advised that following the compliance of our National Legislation with the relevant European Directive, the following details are required for issuing ferry tickets:

-Last name

-First Name (Written in Full)

-Sex

-Nationality

-Date of Birth (Full)

Please state your phone number so you can be easily informed in case of a trip cancellation due to force majeure or schedule modifications. It is also necessary providing to the ticketing agency, information about people who may need special care or assistance in an emergency.
